Bye bye Tenggol Island

Later that night it rained heavily. The few who chose to camp on the beach had to seek shelter in the restaurant.

By the time we went for breakfast it was only drizzling. But that didn't deter us from stopping by for a ride on the swing!!

We had fried mee, fried meehon, fried rice and again toast with jam for breakfast. That was the last meal we had on the island.

After breakfast, only Adek and I headed into the sea. The water was pleasantly cool!

Doesn't that look inviting?

Yan chose to go back to bed.....

while Yana sat on the veranda....chatting online.

Very reluctantly, Adek and I had to leave the sea to get ready for the boat which was going to arrive at about 11 a.m. We felt cold once we got out of the water. Thankfully, the generator was not turned off yet, though it was way past 9 a.m. So, we were able to have nice hot shower.

Unfortunately, the generator was turned off just as I was rinsing myself!!

The boat arrived at about 11 a.m.

Bye Razak. He and his friends left the island the following day. So did the group of younsters.

Bye Tenggol Island...hope to see you again!
