Tibicos Mushroom Part 2

I first posted this topic in November 2010 after learning about it from a colleague who's husband got the mushroom from his brother.  The posting attracted interest from all over the blogosphere.  Thank you all.

The information that I got from my friend intrigued me.  That led me to google for more information which I then share here. 


Unfortunately, I myself have never seen, let alone tried the remedy.  But the information from those who has first hand experience is very much appreciated.
